An extensive story-driven single player adventure to start the game drawing you deep into the scheming, seduction, intrigue, and betrayal of Hyboria. I am also happy to tell you that after the first start of the massive siege PvP we put some significant resources on improving this part of the game further. But on Age of Conan, Age of Conan Gold can sure make gameplay easier.

Do you want to AOC Powerleveling that crafting skill in order to make that new epic sword or bow? Without a lot of AOC Gold, forget it! The truth is, AOC Gold doesn't have to take a long time to get, especially in the higher levels.

Throughout my AOC "career" there are a few things I do that generate lots of AOC Gold, in the least amount of time possible. Note: these tips aren't out there to replace the AOC guides, only to expand on them.

So Age of Conan Gold is indeed important. There still are improvements we would like to make, including a focus on optimization and resource management (to increase performance and fun factor, respectively), as well as making siege engines, mammoths and other "wall breakers" more balanced.
